All Inclusive meals, breaks	For the convenience of delegates breakfast, lunch and breaks are provided throughout the conference. Delegates are asked to RSVP for the Opening Reception. The Thursday Banquet is a separate for fee event, selected on your registration.
	Delegates staying at the venue are encouraged to complete their registrations Tuesday afternoon. This will free up the process for Day Delegates driving in.
CCCYCA AGM	Council of Canadian Child and Youth Care Associations AGM. The provincial representative from each member province attends this annual meeting.
ACYCP AGM	The Association of Child and Youth Care Practice annual meeting attended by state representatives.

CYCAA AGM	The Child and Youth Care Association of Alberta annual general meeting.
Optional Events	Registrants may choose to pay for optional events and activities. These include the Opening Reception and Banquet. With the full day of workshops on Friday, staying over to Saturday is recommended. There will be a Pub Night Friday to close the conference out on a social note. On Saturday, for those who wish to extend their stay, the Child and Youth Care Association of Alberta will provide guides to help you book tours in the local region. A number of companies provide tours to places such as Banff, Lake Louise and Radium for a fee.
